Magical Magnolia Bicycle Tour - Saturday, April 2, 3:00 to 7:00 P.M.
Hop on a bike and discover what’s in store at dozens of Magnolia Park boutiques and eateries. When participants register at Chandler Bikeway and California Street, they receive a gift and treasure map filled with tempting treats. Plus, there will be bicycle and helmet decorating contests, free bicycle tune-ups, road safety tips and arts and crafts activities. FREE!
Ladies Night Out - April 29, May 27, June 24 and every last Friday of the month, 6:00 to 9:00 P.M.
Dozens of Magnolia Park boutiques and art galleries roll out the red carpet and host store-to-store parties on the last Friday of every month. Ladies are invited to enjoy the ultimate in shopping, beauty and fun with in-store events, chic fashion finds, gourmet food trucks, terrific treats, divine discounts, music, prize drawings and much more. The core activity for Ladies Night Out occurs between the 3100 and 3800 blocks on Magnolia Boulevard. Downtown Burbank ARTS Festival - April 16 and 17, 10:00 to 5:00 P.M.
Browse thousands of works of art for sale, participate in interactive art projects and enjoy nonstop live entertainment! This outdoor street festival features hundreds of artists and the next generation of talent from Burbank schools, as well as numerous opportunities to support quality arts education with Burbank Arts for All. More than 30,000 art patrons are expected to attend. FREE!
Included will be paintings, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, fiber art, fine glass, woodwork, mixed-media and photography. Live entertainment, street painting, art demonstrations and free workshops will add to the fun.
The Downtown Burbank ARTS Festival is one of the largest cultural art events in the region and is produced by Downtown Burbank Partnership in collaboration with Burbank Arts for All and West Coast Artists.

Enjoy Burbank Arts Alive! a free citywide celebration dedicated to the arts in all of its forms. Included will be performances, concerts, exhibitions, open houses, special appearances, workshops, film screenings and more.
Fire Service Day - Saturday, May 7, 7:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M.
Every child with the dream of becoming a firefighter has the chance to see what it's like along with vehicle displays, demonstrations, firefighting activities for kids, live entertainment, food and special appearances. FREE!
It’s a rare behind-the-scenes look at day-to-day firehouse operations and a great way to view what’s involved in vehicle "Jaws of Life" extrication, airport crash units and hazmat operations. Learn rappelling skills and meet the men and women of the Burbank Fire Department, dedicated to providing a safe environment for all of us to live and work in.
Come Out & Dance! Summer Music Festival - July 7 through August 25, 6:00 P.M. Dance Lessons, 7:00 P.M. Concert
Downtown Burbank Partnership presents the 8th Annual Come Out & Dance! Summer Music Festival with eight glamorous nights of boogie, hop and salsa on Thursdays in July and August. FREE!
Festivities kick off at 6:00 P.M. with dance lessons courtesy of Francisco and Stacey of The Dance Family Studio. Participants learn the latest dance steps and sharpen their moves before putting it all into practice when the band strikes up at 7:00 P.M. July features the best in swing, while August gets hot with salsa. The stage and dance floor are located on the AMC Walkway at San Fernando Boulevard and Palm Avenue. Stay tuned for 2011’s line-up!
Party of the Century! - July 8
The City of Burbank celebrates its 100th year in 2011 and marks the occasion with a host of free festivities citywide, including the highly anticipated Party of the Century in Downtown Burbank on July 8. A free community celebration, it is planned as a massive, one-day street festival with top entertainment, fireworks and more.
