There are many great events set for Burbank’s 2011 Halloween - from Trick-or-Treating to special carnivals in the city.
One great event to check out is the Downtown Burbank Howl-Oween Celebration for Kids and Canines, which takes place on Monday, Oct. 31 from 4 to 7 p.m. in downtown Burbank. The McCambridge Recreation Center in Burbank, at 1515 North Glenoaks Boulevard, will hold its annual Halloween Carnival on Oct. 31 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The event is specifically geared toward elementary school kids and their caregivers. Another event for older lovers of Halloween is the Rotten Apple 907’s "A Space Odyssey.” This runs on Oct. 28-31. Hours on Oct. 28 and 29 are 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The special hours on Oct. 30 and 31 are from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Admission is free but the group accepts donations. It’s located at 907 N.
