A scrum master is a crucial role who is responsible to facilitate an agile development team. Helping the team to reach accord for what can be achieved during a definite period. Scrum is a methodology that allows a team to self-organize and make changes quickly, in accordance with agile principles. The scrum master manages the process for how information is exchanged he also ensures that his team lives by the values and practices of Scrum, and doing so ensures their high performance.

We are Registered Education provider (REP) from Scrum Alliance, our two days CSM training facilitated by Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) will help the aspirant to gain deeper understanding of the three principal areas of change under Scrum: Iterative Development, Self-Management, and Visibility required for greater project success as a ScrumMaster. You will also gain comprehensive understanding of the Scrum Methodology alongside reviewing the conduct expected of a ScrumMaster, which is critical to carrying out your role in the most efficient manner. This workshop will also prepare you for Certified Scrum Master Training (CSM®) examination.
